We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photo Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a masterful eye for color, a meticulous approach to detail, and a proven track record of processing RAW images to perfection. You will be responsible for bringing our raw captures to life across four distinct photography domains, adapting your editing style to suit the unique mood and technical demands of each niche.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced RAW Processing: Manage the end-to-end RAW image workflow using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

• Dynamic Niche Editing:

  • Street Portraits: Enhance mood, contrast, and subject isolation while maintaining the gritty, authentic vibe of the streets.

  • Nightlife Portraits: Expertly balance high-ISO/low-light scenarios, manage noise reduction, and make flash and neon/ambient lighting pop while preserving natural skin tones.

  • Wedding Photography: Cull and batch-edit large galleries with a consistent, timeless, and romantic aesthetic. Perform detailed, high-end retouching (e.g., frequency separation, stray hair removal, background cleanup) for hero shots.

  • Events Photography: Deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality edits for dynamic events, ensuring perfectly matched white balance and exposure across constantly changing lighting conditions.

• Quality Control & Consistency: Maintain a cohesive editing style across massive galleries and ensure all final exports meet our strict quality standards and formatting requirements.

• Collaboration & Deadlines: Work closely with lead photographers to understand the creative vision for each shoot and consistently deliver finalized galleries within tight deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (Classic/CC) and Adobe Photoshop.

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in all four specified niches (Street, Nightlife, Weddings, Events).

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of color theory, advanced masking, tone curves, dodging/burning, and noise reduction techniques.

• Workflow Efficiency: Ability to efficiently cull and batch-edit high volumes of photos without sacrificing quality.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for visual composition, accurate skin tones, and lighting nuances.
