IS THE CONTENT CREATION REALLY FREE?
Yes. We are proposing no creative fee for the agreed reels, interviews and photoshoots. In return, your organising committee provides the premium-access passes agreed in advance.
HOW MANY PREMIUM PASSES DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE?
The number depends on the planned coverage, required crew and any participating talent. Tell us what you can offer; we will discuss and confirm the arrangement together.
WILL YOU MANAGE PAID ADS OR GUARANTEE VIEWS?
No. The offer focuses on content production and mutually agreed organic social media sharing. Paid advertising, account management and guaranteed reach are not included.
DO YOU BRING MODELS FOR THE SHOOTS?
Model-led content may be possible depending on talent availability, the shoot concept and permissions from everyone involved. It is not guaranteed for every partnership.
WHEN IS OUR PARTNERSHIP CONFIRMED?
Only after Portrait Wallah and your committee agree on the passes, timing, permissions, coverage scope and deliverables. Sending the enquiry is the first step.

VIP invitations are not guaranteed and depend on selection, partner-organiser approval, available passes and confirmed access. Applying for a free photoshoot does not provide a VIP pass.
